Although there was a problem with the order ( logistics/shipping I don't really know), and the tablet arrived 2 weeks later, Bangood informed me about the problem, apologized and gave me the option of an immediate full money refund, so I am quite satisfied with their customer service. Things like that can happen from time to time, the important thing is to try and make it up to the customer. The tablet arrived in perfect condition, the cover is OK, the only small problem is the adaptor which doesn't work. When I used another one that I had, everything worked ok. Good tablet, and for a great price.

The package arrived way earlier, as usual, which is always a nice surprise. Everything was in order, telescope is OK, I will try the adaptor for the smartphone tomorrow, byr I am sure it will be OK too To be honest, I bought the whole system because I need the smartphone adaptor! I would order just the adaptor, but this whole telescope system was on sale, and it actually cost cheaper, so why not? Cheers from Greece...

The wireless set works fine, but I wouldn't recommend it for professional use. Anyway, it is the cheapest wireless set, so this is expected. I ordered it for playing bass/guitar at home and at the office, without having many cables, and it performs great!!!

The items I ordered came a lot sooner than expected, the site stated that the time neede was 25-30 days and the parcel arrived at my door after 10 days, so congrats!!! Very good value for money, if we consider that this cable cost around 2,5 euros!!! I found a similar cable with golden jack and plastic base in a music store, and the price was double!!! I will buy more cables, adaptors and jacks from Banggood in the future
