Keeps steady monitor refresh rate on all outputs ...of course it also depend on your PC's performance as well. Works out-of-the box. (Tested on both Linux and Windows machines). No issues at all. One IMPORTANT thing to note! This is a Thunderbolt USB-C dock. So you need to make sure that your computer support it. I tested on a rather old-ish laptop (ThinkPad A485 with 2nd Gen AMD APU) and it did not event did the power charge. So make sure that your PC supports Thunderbolt USB-C before ordering one.
