O pedido chegou rápido menos de 30 dias para cidade do interior e o produto chegou em perfeitas condições. Único coisa contra é que não vem uma película de acrílico de substituição para quando a película da máscara desgastar, fora isso eu recomendo.

O produto parece muito bom, mas o meu produto veio danificado, conforme fotos em anexo. Gostaria de saber como eu fico como consumidor? Serei ressarcido, irão me mandar um outro visor? Gostaria de uma resposta com muita brevidade.

The Mask is of good quality. I haven't tested functionality yet but I assume it is ok. Be AWARE, the packaging is just garbage. The mask came in a plastic bag without any structural supports. The mask is all crooked, but fortunately, nothing broke. I have to slowly re-shape the plastic parts of the mask si it fits. I can imagine that the mask could easily snap in half with that insufficient packaging during transportation if something really heavy lends on it.
