My order was Type A+B: Dual earphone with USB and charging case. That I received is type A only. One earphone with USB without charging case. Fast delivery. I have not tried it yet to see if it works.

A little bulky for a good ear fit, though at least I have large enough ears. Others might not like it. Sound quality is decent for speech, ,and I only listen to podcasts with it anyway. Battery life is only about 2 hrs or so though.
