These cutters are good quality for the price. They are good for making small orchids. If you are looking for large orchids this wouldn't be the right size. But for small petite orchids these are perfect and easy to use.

This set is smaller then I imagined it, but that is good...great for smaller detail work. The cutters themselves are really well made with the exception of the place where they are joined, it leaves a gouge in the clay and breaks the clean lines. But that is easily remedied by squeezing the two pieces together with pliers and with then smoothing the lines with a smoothing tool. I was waiting for this set, as I was inspired by the many types of orchid's and their beauty and wanted to create an "orchid tropical forest" and this set was worth the wait. Easy to use, and easy to form an orchid with these shape, they cut the clay well, and this set is a great value, I will get a lot of use out of this set. I wanted to create an orchid to show the finished product, and give you and idea of the size of the finished orchid these cutter make. I highly recommend this set, and am happy with the purchase!!!
