This ceiling lamp was not what I had hoped for. The size is fine, but the brightness was overstated in the description page. It is not even close to 3780 lumens at full brightness. The 880 lumen bulb it replaced lit my small room better. Also, the CRI index must be low because objects under this lamp display with strange coloration. When using the controller to change to a warmer color temperature, parts of the lamp take on a tan color and are darkened. One spot seemed to have much brighter led lights than the other parts of the lamp. See photo. I am a capable handyman and it took me much longer to install it because the dimensions of the slots in the back plate were too small to accommodate standard electrical ceiling boxes in the US. I had to use a rotary tool to enlarge the slots and make room for the nuts. I also had to reroute the wires to allow it to be used with a ceiling box. Installation would be very simple if it were installed in a non-code way without a ceiling box. I like the sky view, especially during our dark winter days, but will have to supplement my office with more lamps.
