This jig is solid and very well manufactured. The quarter inch drill bit (which is actually 6.2 mm) fits the quarter inch bushings very loosely whereas the 5 mm bit fits the 5 mm bushings precisely. Being from Europe, I would prefer a purely metruc version (no one uses quarter inch drill bits here ...). I like that the threads for the registration pins are standard M10 so you can easyly replace them in case a pin is lost. The threads for the drill bushings are M12, but unfortunately not standard (probably a special pitch). However, you can screw a standard M12 in for 3-4 turns, which is sufficient to hold it firmly in place (and almost reach through the full width of the jig). This opens simple and cheap ways to produce bushings with different diameters (such as 4 or 6 mm). I would buy this again, except that I think it will last forever ... Delivery was very fast, packaging was perfect.
