there is as described. the plastic hooks seem of good quality and are large but if on top of a car I would not sole use them by them selves there not as good as the old style metal ones. the net stretches out to 2x its length in either direction. it is easy to stretch out but that means you have to stretch it a long way to get a good holding force. in general I like this product.
