Undisputedly good value, but the published schematic diagram is poor. It could usefully be annotated with 1) the "U" number shown on the pcb, and 2), the IC type number. The SN74HC00 should be drawn in the standard recognisable way. For later fault finding, the pin-numbers could be added to the IC symbols. The unused pins if the SN74HC00 should be tied to ground, as is standard good practice in CMOS design. Can you send me a proper schematic please ?
