Although everything with the purchase and delivery was great the general problem was with the pin layout attached to the cable. On one of the connectors I had to swap the positions of the yellow and green wires (GND and PWM) because the laser was not working. My motherboard on CNC 3018 is Woodpecker Camxtool V3.1. I hope it will help if someone has similar problems.

Good laser but I can't give full marks because it doesn't work with the 3018 out of the box even though it is listed as compatable. The 3 pin connector will put the 12V power from the control board to the TTL/PWM signal line for the laser. Be sure to check this before connecting and swap the 12V and signal lines if this is the case! Also you will most likely need to solder a 1K resistor between the TTL/PWM and GND line (pull TTL down) or else you will only get full power Laser and probably not be able to turn the laser off without cutting power...

The product works well. Before I had a 500mW laser module, and now what I engrave before with 150mm / min, I engrave with 600-800mm / min. recommend

Good but, it doesn't switch off buttom and that did a huge difference because it get hot easily between operations and stop to work for security and by the way that power is not enough to many type of materials, I should get more powerful item!

Banggood needs to come up with a solution for all of us who have bought this laser only to find it cannot be fitted to the controller board. Final thoughts, I should have reviewed others comments before buying this laser, if I had I would not have bought the laser because it cannot be used with the version 2 controler boards.
