Delivered on time and in good conditions. Working fine, although I could not find much relevant documentation : circuit diagrams, components data sheets, principle of operations. I had to do some reverse engineering.

First the output voltage is not stable. Causing my little device (150 mA consumption) to boot in an endless loop. The measured voltage under load is 4,96V. My powerbank delivers 5.04V. Just to compare. Second. I purchased two and one of them outputs nothing. So 50% failure rate.
