They are flimsy but it is lots of fun. I order bunch of them and with some modification they fly well. Specially at dark in Halloween. While kids approaching to porch I let go one from the side and surprise every one and make them jump. Do not try on kids younger then 8 years old.

these are fragile and REQUIRE a corrugated cardboard backboard before wrapping and packaging for shipping. for FLYING they are plenty tough enough to take some bumps and hits, shipping is another issue. one arrived with broken wing spars, another with badly warped wing spars, and the third was missing its plastic tail hook. between the 3 ordered I DID get ONE of them together. to be fair, it DOES FLY very nicely! there are no assembly instructions: carefully twist the forward connecting rod to attach to its right wing wire, then rear rod to left wing. wings dont work together otherwise. rear hook has a small slot to press metal tail tab into, bend tail up about 7 degrees. it has the right amount of rubber, use it all. slight twist of the tail surface can fly a small circle in a room too. colors and printed styles do vary, so dont expect to get the exact style as pictured.

I think these things need lots of tuning to get them to fly well. Its what I expected. Needed to trim the plastic with a knife to get the tail piece to go on.

Upon first glance the look pretty kool. when i bought these i figured it was something my grand kid would get a kick out of. Assembly is fairly easy and straight forward. No instruction however on how to fly these. These do fly great if tuned properly. The tail will need to be bent in an upwards fashions, this will give lift and sail to the bird. If tail points down no wind will catch in the tail and spiral down wards. Also the the wings must be assembled correctly as if the rotors are not assembled in the correct spot the wings will not flap together rather independently from each other. Also do not be surprised if you loose the bird if tuned correctly it will fly high and log, and if there is a wind it will take it further. The only downfall i have is the price, for me being Canadian and dollar not doing so well vs the us dollar its pricey.

Easy to put together. They do work but you need a bit of space to fly them properly.
