yes, this is Great car for the price but quality vise and bashing ability (and staying in one piece) you can't put this even in the same sentence with Keaton or hyper sst 😊

BG101223145 I own a kraton 6s v3 and the lower and upper arms are swappable. I don’t own a hyper sst but my buddy does and they are basically the same frame very similar. I bought this to throw a castle 8s sensored system in and push its limits and he survived a crash when hydroplaning on a wet road at 70mph. Granted the upper arm and steering rod broke when crashing into a rim at 70mph I consider that pretty strong. Kratons are great for bashing no doubt but their arms are weak. My xmaxx is the only rc I think is ready to bash out the box. My kraton I replaced the arms with rpm arms before bashing.

BG101223145 Dont get me wrong there are tons of great bashers out there but when it comes to price you can’t beat this. I own a kraton 6s v3 and a xmaxx and the only one I didn’t have to upgrade due to parts breaking was the xmaxx. Kraton suffers from weak arms, I switches mine out for rpm arms. Also my buddy owns a hyper sst and if you put this along side the hyper sst and the kraton 6s V3 you’ll notice the frame is basically the same. The arms even swap from the kraton to this. As for surviving a bashing mine does unless you go jumping it two story’s tall then idc what you have it might just break lol. My 9021 did break on me but that was after user error doing 70 mph on a wet road when it started to hydroplane and hit a truck rim and broke but only the upper arm and steering rod broke, very cheap fixes even cheaper than the parts for the kraton hense why I said best 8th scale since parts are cheap. 250 for a roller then with castles new 1520 motor and 8s sensored esc this is a monster for 600 bucks. That’s the price of a kraton 8s roller or a little cheaper than a rtr 6s kraton. So I think if you know what you’re doing it really is the best 8th scale specially if you have a 3D printer so you can create stronger parts. Only down side is there aren’t really any metal upgrades but some metal upgrades for the hyper sst or kraton 6s v3 can be used or easily modded for use with this.
