I fail to meausure my neck before purchase and I will use it as sleeve band, my item have three lines next to the lock, but it doesn't make it awful or anything, I may even buy one for the other arm to use on both.

The choker is absolutely adorable. The size is adjustable, which makes it very easy to wear. The material is very good- it’s not rough against your skin and is actually quite comfortable. Definitely worth the price.
