Received this order 2 weeks ago but too busy to test it until now. The appearance of the ball-point type hidden camera is quite good. However, the instruction manual is unclear & confusing. Record video: ... Now the red light is on. Press the button (1) for short time to start the video recording. There's no red light; what I'd see is green light. (please see photos attached). Red light is only on or flashing during charging or the device is being turned off. Also, in Parts description: Part (5) is status indicator. Blue light is a photo mode indicator. Red light is video mode indicator. Sadly, I can't see any BLUE light (Do you mean GREEN?) Nevertheless, I managed to use the device to take photos & videos (even the red light video indicator was absent).

The handle looks on appearance not bad - in operation yet did not test. In a set a card on 4 Gigabytes. The instruction on Chinese and English.Around connection of the USB socket a carving on the handle not really qualitative connecting two half.

Hello Support I just received my order for 1280P Hidden Camera Audio Video Nanny Camera Recorder Pen With 4GB Built-in Memory Order No. 21803078 I think that the pen is a defected one, maybe already used probably for this reason I have a problem the memory stick that came with it . http://www.banggood.com/1280P-Hidden-Video-Recorder-Pen-Camera-Surveillance-DVR-DV-Camcorder-With-4GB-Built-in-Memory-p-1096528.html?rmmds=myorder The page specoifocations says : Package Included: 1 x Pen Camera 1 x User Manual 1 x USB Cable Specifications: Video Storage: MicroSD Card up to 32GB (Not included) But my order had a MicroSD with a capacity of 4GB It was a good surprise first but when I pushed the USB connection to the pen the MicroSD just disappeared inside the pen and the PC is telling me that the volume has to be formatted :do you want to format? if I press yes the system replies: cannot find volume Conclusion the pen is defective Please find attached picture regards
