The quality, look and feel are accurate to the pictures. There is a nice liner and internal bands are comfortable. However, the cap is a bit small and the adjustment is limited. If you need a size L ( >7") you might find this tight. The cap arrived in pretty good time. About 2 weeks. I have not interacted with customer service and cannot comment on that. There is no rating choice provided for this.
