We drink wine and I cook with wine all the time. Usually I don't use a whole bottle in my cooking, and have to jam the cork back in to save te bottle. These are very handy, and I don't have to worry about where the cork is. It fis the neck of the wine bottle very well, making an air tight seal so I can store it in te refrigerator until the next time I need it.
