i build a 1000W Monster Led Light with this Led Chips. But the cooling is a huge problem. You really should be careful and always check the temp. to have a long lifetime!

It's a great product! All 100 individual led's light up nicely. The only thing that bothers me is that the advertised voltage (32-34 volt) is not correct... like Elipsoid says, the led needs 38 volts to work correctly. I orderd a boost module with it that only goes to 35.8 volts so i had to order an other one that will reach the 38 volts. That is a bit unfotunate.

I use one 18x8x4cm Aluminium heatsink with 60mm fan for each LED and still had to limit them to 60W in order to keep them at an acceptable working temperature.
