I use this adapter for my old MB with a Samsung 970 Evo Plus drive. It looks fine, works fine. Make sure your MB supports UEFI and is able boot from NVME otherwise it will only work as data disk.

I used it with 970 evo nvme on a 10 Year old PC and works perfect. I recomment it for those that they want to use m2 ssd. Just take note that is not bootable on PCs that does not support nvme boot. I used clover usb to boot.

I like this product being able to add an one NVME and one SATA m.2 drive in a Mini ATX case, very good price just make sure your motherboard can support nvme booting, if not use a boot manager like GRUB 2 on a sata drive if you intend to use this for your operating system instead of for second storage drive (works fine as a second drive on windows 10). Also make sure you have a spare pcie x4, x8 or x16 slot avaliable as this is a pcie x 4 device. I would buy again in the future for my next PC set up.
