This camera works really well during a day. Images are perfect, quality is good. At night, however, the camera triggers lots of false images, i.e. alarms as if someone is in a premise. My premise is small, no one is in there but every 30sec I get images via email. Playing with the sensitivity does not help.

Got the camera as the infrared not worked. Good customer service, helped to solve the problem. Overall the picture quality is really good, ONVIF and dual stream works well. First setup is not easy, then everything works fine.

Fear not, there is no CD. Picture is good and clear. Camera is fixed so be sure you're aiming at what you want to see before you mount it. Set up was not difficult on Android. Have not tried on Windows yet. Shipping was relatively quick.

I bought 2. Good image quality, nice metal enclosure and I can confirm they work below -20C. But, config software is very poor. For example, simply changing frame rates would crash the IE config software and lock me out from connecting again. No support for SD Card recording or remote pan, tilt, zoom even though the supplied software has these parameters. I ended up using wired LAN because I did not want the cameras impacting other WIFI devices. It took a lot of hours getting these cameras setup how I wanted. Overall they have been working well outdoors in cold conditions since Nov 2017 so I`m happy with the purchase.

It would be nice to have Linux support for this camera not only Windows(Internet Explorer). Otherwise it work as expected and it's good value for money.
