I received the doorbell in good condition and short time Next, I was not able to download any ENGLISH app by the QRCODE So, by the web I download the app ENNIO BELL Now, since I'm not able to know the BELL ID, I try to do that using the QR code as you can see on the rear side of ENNIO BELL but the result is ... ID is invalid. Someone could help me thanks

El equipo se cuelga muchas veces sobre todo el la aplicación en el teléfono. No consigo añadir más llaves y el mando marón non le encuentro aplicación. Todo esto que indico no se soluciona con el manual que envían y por supuesto al consultarlo me solicitan vídeo o fotos. Increible
