English & Français : --- The first impression is very good. The hardware seems of very good quality and solid. The selling page and the handbook claim it has an analog bandwidth of 15MHz, but the label on the box says it is 10MHz. When displayed, the self-generated 8MHz square wave signal looks like a sinusoid : I don't know why. It came with firmware v1.22. An update to 1.24 is available. They both contain some bugs.
Perfect for my use: guitar electronics where the portability and small size really help. The displayed peak to peak and frequency have proven very useful. Very solid feel to the case (machined metal) and the UI is very easy to use once you learn the buttons. The two included probes are very nice. I updated the firmware to the latest with no problems. Every function as worked as described. Only quibble is that the signal generator is fixed voltage output - a variable voltage would have been much more useful useful. Tip when testing out channel B etc is to learn how to adjust the trigger for a stable waveform (channel A's trigger was set in the range of the signal generator output for some reason channel B was not and I had to lower the trigger point - easy to do using the UI and in the manual).
