From the tracking code CQ616086601DE you can see that the 'country of origin' is supposedly Germany. No problems with import and VAT. Of course I quickly performed some preliminary tests which I want to share with you. I compared it with my Fluke 8842A. That one doesn't have a RMS board built in, so I can only compare Vdc, Idc and Ω. Below are the results of those quick tests, which show that this meter compares very well with the Fluke 8842A in terms of accuracy.
