It is a cool gadget and yes, it works. 2 speeds, quite silent, nice fan. No battery, powered by USB. The "cooling" effect works, air is a bit cooler than without ice inside. You will have to freeze water in the tank provided. Problem: You will have to freeze water... and if it melt, you will have to freeze it again - what takes hours. So if there would be 3 or 4 tanks, this would be nice - you can simply change. But this is not the fact. Ice melts quite rapidly with vent...
