The item is delivered in good condition. It works fine but the only problem is it's not compatible with Samsung Dex.

Connected docked Nintendo Switch to the USB-C port on Asus XG17 monitor with this device, everything works great. However keep in mind that it required power to work for which you need an AC adapter and micro-USB cable.
