The insole is great, VERY comfortable, the best I ever tried... You have to check if there's enough room in the shoue to put it, because it's very high... Not for all shoues! Other than that, it's the best!!!

Your foot will sit a little higher in your shoe with these inserted. I definitely recommend these if you have flat feet, are walking on the inside or outside of your feet (look at wearing both inside and outside of your shoes), and if you are a senior.

Ulošci su se pokazali dobri, pumine patike u koje radim uložak se potrošio pa sam koristio ove tijekom 8 sati rada nisu me noge bolile, dosta su debeli ulošci i koristio sam ih u obuči sa jednim brojem večim nego što nosim inače, pokazali su se dobri nego ovi jeftini u decatlonu, Na Banggoodu ovi su bili malo sniženi sa 20 i nešto na 10 ili 12 dolara, Thank You Banggood
