Overall, the quality for the price is really good. There are a few flaws I would like to have differently. 1) The lumbar support is just a cushion which is not attached to the chair. So you have to pick it up and place it behind your back every time you sit down or change position. 2) Even when not under full load, the chair is slightly wobbling from side to side. Front to back is solid but left to right is quite loose and you feel like you are on a swing. I hope it won't get worse. But these are only small problems with a chair in this price range. The quality is nice, the chair is REALLY big. It's nicely wide and the backrest is really high. It's perfect even for me, with a height of 197 cm (6' 5,5" for my American friends).
