had ordered 2 for left and right ear. but i got both of left ear. I had ordered both skin colour but got one of blue colour. kindly give me skin colour hearing aid of right ear, i want to return the blue colour one. pl revert back

the lowest setting is too quiet to hear and the next step up is too loud. if I had to scale it from 1 to 100, the first setting would be at 10 percent and the second setting would be about 60 to 70 percent.. its just too loud and there's no in-between.
