If you need help with installing: 1 - install fan with included sticky pads (i used a small amount of superglue as well around the pads and fan to be sure) 2 - connect fan to pi 3 - install mounting screws on pi 4 - put pi in case (line up screws on the bottom where the slit is, theres 2 holes to connect pi to 5 - attach sides

The Case is an verry good product Idea but its diccicult to install the pi into it.

The design works well but the side to put the fan is bigger than the correct size. In a few days I'll upload some pictures.

The Raspberri PI fits losely inside. It is cumbersome to open if you need access to the pi. Build quality is good.

I am unsure how this item can support Pi 2 and of course no use instruction. Access to plug in connectors would be difficult if not impossible. I could not recommend this item for its advertised use. Because I was away on a business trip I think that I have missed my opportunity to return this item. I must re-evaluate future purchases from Banggood.
