Very nice 9-LED array at a fantastic price. At 9.08V it draws 250mA (2.27W) and gets very hot quickly. The array is too bright to look at. At 8.95V it draws 200mA (1.8W) and is still intense. It's hard to imagine it at 10 watts, but it will require a serious heat sink at that power level.
