Matthew Taylor Yes, this takes the PPM signal from your transmitter and outputs based on the selected protocol. Be warned that this needs to be flashed before you can get the USB port to work to do the latest firmware update in order to support even more protocols. Your transmitter would output PPM, and this unit would bind and communicate with your receiver using the appropriate protocol.

Matthew Taylor No, these sizes are specific for FPV quadcopters, hence they only sell them in these fixed sizes. You would have to buy a different kit to get what you want, or buy them individually.

Matthew Taylor I linked this to my Turnigy 9XR-Pro with the multi protocol module without issues. The pairing process on your transmitter needs to be set in D8 mode. I also have DJT (not DHT) but it doesn't pair. I'm happy I have a multi protocol, so I don't have the issues you are experiencing.

Matthew Taylor Let me check to see if that option is in my module, as I'm using OpenTX, but I don't have that JR DMSS receiver. I'll be able to answer your question shortly

Matthew Taylor This works fine on my 9XR-Pro without issues. I used the Pascal firmware without issues, but I compiled it using the imported Github source files.

Matthew Taylor This is for only 1 side, so you would have to buy 2 to get the complete set

Matthew Taylor I don't think this is a Tuned Unit. It most likely is running on the stock Betaflight PIDs.

Matthew Taylor The "timing" that you set in the 4-in-1 ESC is very important for the heat that the motors produce. Having the correct PIDs in the flight controller will also keep the motors cooler as well.
Matthew Taylor Was this battery balance charged before you used it? Or was this how you received it out of the box?
