By far the worst company I've ever had to deal with in all my years in the retail business. I've requested a copy of directions on how to shorten the band and all I get is nothing for answers. It's been running slow, so they say, buy a new battery. Well this is a new watch and it should have a new battery in it. Nothing but double talk with no results. As for shorting the band, I never in my life seen a band that has three pieces to take out for each link and then they don't go back together correctly.

The Naviforce Dual Display Watch looks very good, but the analog Watch doesn't run. I have sent the problem to the customer service. I also sent a short video but I get no answer. So I think the customer service is bad!
