Works as expected, and for the price a real bargain. Quality of the plastic is pretty low (and mine was very dirty), but can't complain for the price. I would never, ever use it with the supplied power supply (or any other): having a TENS device connected to your body with electrodes and powered by 220V is a really bad idea. Does what it says on the box. The battery compartment was a little tight so it shut down when i closed it and i had to remove some material.

I like the massage function the most. It's simple to use and give great muscle relaxation! It would have helped to have an English instruction manual showing key areas to massage.

I crack it up to 7 last night and finally my back relaxes. My wife's shoulder pain is cured at 1. She says 1 is really intense, but I like it more intense. We are definitely going to need to stock up on pads. Yes the manual is in Chinese but the device has an English function and honestly its not that hard to figure out.
