The item is great. Perfect for camping, however there is no way in hell this can hold 8.5L. It overflows at just over 6L. The measurements match the specifications mentioned, however it can not hold the capacity advertised. Even though the capacity is less I still feel this is a handy item. It is well made and would serve a few purposes out in the bush. Banggood, you need to revise the specifications..
