i received the soldering station a week ago, the product does not work, to this day i still have to get an answer on how to fix the problem. customer service responds with the usual prefilled sentences and tells me to stay calm until they get a response from the manufacturer!! how do you stay calm after you have paid for a product and it arrives scraped, with missing pieces and not working jQuery1113030583149311078994_1673551541854!!

ho ricevuto la stazione saldante da una settimana, il prodotto non funziona , ad oggi ancora devo ricevere una risposta su come risolvere il problema. il servizio clienti risponde con le solite frasi precompilate e mi dice di star calmo sino a quando non avranno una risposta dal produttore!! come si fa a rimaner calmi dopo che hai pagato un prodotto e ti arriva raschiato , con dei pezzi mancanti e non funzionante jQuery1113030583149311078994_1673551541854!!

Everything I need in one place, heats up very quickly and holds temperature very well. The fume extractor keeps stinky stingy fumes out of your face even with the pump set to its lowest/ quietest setting. Construction is very sturdy that is nicely finished with no sloppy fits. Calibration was needed but this is normal for a non- 'big' brand soldering station and was easy to do despite the manual mixing up the steps with the iron sleep setting. I've also used the 907i iron handle with this station for tight soldering jobs where the fume extractor gets in the way. Earthing is as it should be with the iron tip and chassis earthed. it has a primary side mains fuse with an appropriately rated fuse and there is also a spare fuse tucked in the fuse cover. Mine was initially missing the vacuum suction pen but this was quickly sorted out.

Very good metal supports (without plastics that can be deretired) Only one failure the nozzles are fastened with screws Otherwise miy well transport very fast
