This has four modes, controlled by toggling the signal channel. (1) nav lights and strobes on (default) (2) nav lights only (3) strobe lights only (4) all off. The navigation LEDs are very bright in themselves, as are the strobes. My unit will sometimes start beeping and flashing the nav LEDs in "signal lost" mode after just sitting there for a while. Perhaps I need better power connections to the unit - it could be a connector issue.

Includes two (not three) xenon strobes and two navlights. All of them are very bright. There's a VERY loud and annoying buzzer on the control board that beeps when there's no signal or when changing the mode. I simply unsoldered it, works perfectly afterwards.
