This is a great helmet. Its very lightweight perfect for your head. Its fits perfectly and has an adjustment dial at the back. The strap to go around your chin is also easily adjustable too. The piece that comes with it is attached at the front. I has to figure out what that was and where on the helmet it goes. The only problem is that I dont see how exactly it protects your head if you fall on your side because it only fits to the top of your head.
