cannot open the cap of the water pen

ordered two set. cannot open the cap of the water pen from one set, therefore cannot fill the water into the pen. The other one is ok. QC is not consistent

There is not colors to write

Unfortunately this product is not the same of the Picture, because there is not colors in the paper. so that, you can not write with the pen colors, only the same way, with water.
