I suppose it is a problematic unit , but i can not be sure that this is not the way it is designed. Nevertheless , i do not recommend this product. Go buy something else , you are throwing your money away. Cons - It drains the batter extremely fast. The power consumption is extremely high on this unit. I run for about 30-40 minutes and it requires a new battery on the third session. - It does not shut down when you take it off , it is constantly transmitting. Resulting in even more battery drainage (I am removing the battery after each session to avoid having to replace it every single time) - No button or anything to start a binding procedure. You put the battery on and it "might" show on your Device. I say might cause if it does not there is not much you can do other than taking out the battery and putting a new one in. Application Compatibility: I tested it with Sportractive and it works fine. Summary : If you can cope with replacing your battery after a couple of sessions you will be fine. It is very accurate and works well with the above App.
