I believe it is the best engraver of the 10w available. Its power is so high that it seems like a 20w, the difference is in the speed obviously. I only had problems with the mail because the package was delayed, but the supplier and the site were very kind in assisting me step by step. The packaging is perfect even for strong impacts. I have only done some tests and everything seems fine, the manual is also in Italian. I haven't done engraver tests because I don't have the honeycomb table. I recommend both the laser and the supplier.

Credo che sia l'incisore migliore dei 10w in circolazione. La sua potenza è così elevata da sembrare un 20w, la differenza è nella velocità ovviamente. Ho avuto dei problemi solo con la posta perché il pacco non arrivava, ma il fornitore e il sito sono stati gentilissimi nel seguirmi passo passo. L'imballaggio e perfetto anche da forti urti. Ho fatto solo alcune prove e sembra che vada tutto bene, il manuale è anche in italiano. Non ho fatto prove d'incisore perché non il tavolo a nido d'ape. Consiglio sia il lasere che il fornitore.
