I have chosen the direct shipment method and paid extra including tariff insurance. It was delivered exactly in 15 days, as promised. They provide detailed tracking info but it was a little bit difficult to understand, maybe because of the translation of the expressions. Eventually, you can see the progress. The fountain has a very sleeky design. It was shipped with a Chinese manual so translation using a camera took some time. You can also find a video on YouTube and won't need this. The installation

After some months I truly can give my opinion. Awesome fountain for pets. I use only rechargeable batteries and it works flawless. Easy to clean and with warning lights to tell when it needs refill or change batteries. A bit expensive but for me it's worth every penny. If you buy it, you won't regret it. Unless, of course, your pet just doesn't like it.

Arrived quickly and product itself is great, solid materials and very quiet. But it arrived with chinese manuel, should have supplied english writings.
