I received a different revision of the board that, most importantly, fixes the LED strip issue. There's a bridged pad now that connects the correct pin to the LED pad.In addition, there is a new set of pads on the back that I have no idea about yet, but they may be an additional UART connection.

Dfox071 Did you have to bridge the two pads that you show in the photo?Have you done a trace on any of the new pads? I just received the new revision. I'll update with trace results when I get a chance to test.

Chrys Burge Just got this board. Can you tell me if the LED works now with the revision to this board? You referenced two new pads by the LED pad.If it does work now, how do you hook it up to make the LED work now?
