Received this order yesterday and I was very impressed with the quality of the item. It fits great even though it could have been a little smaller. Its difficult to know what size would fit you. It does actually work and help to provide more comfort than the bike seat alone and combined with the cushion seat cover. Highly recommended to use together. It a little difficult to determine how it should be worn because the padding in attached to the inside of the shorts. You just have to wear it however you see fit or is more comfortable for you.
