• By Teachdude 13/09/2013 I purchased one of these kits from Banggood at a very good price. There are many places to purchase this same item online, but Banggood has the best price. This module is not only for the Arduino. I have been using it with the PicAxe 08M2 and it works great. Assembling the module is easy, just make sure you do a good job soldering. I have learned a lot getting this module to work and it has been a great experience. Thanks Banggood, I have just ordered another one!
• By Matthew 31/08/2013 Very good value product. Comes in parts. I found the row nearest the chip did not function, but I need to check my soldering connections as I suspect they are at fault. Make sure you solder all components on the same side of the board (or the pins will be wrong), and the writing on the led array goes towards the bottom of the board when the chip is on the left and the spi pins are on each side (so the writing is also the opposite side from pin 1 on the chip).
