For only $3.21 you can't beat this. I live in New York and it came on the 9th day after it shipped so not too bad. I've tried several different input DC voltages and from what I learned it can drop the voltage as low as 1.2V no matter what the input voltage is but the max output you can get is double what your input voltage is. So I tried a 10V and a 8V wall adapter. The max from the 10V I got was 20.7V and the max from the 8V input was 16.4V. So its safe to say it can double it. But of course you can set it to output any voltage in the range 1.2V -> 2X Input Voltage

That is actually better than the specification that states that the input must be higher than the output. Thanks for sharing.
