The plastic case is not well designed or made and the space for AA batteries is not loose enough to freely insert or remove. That also prevented from making electric contact. After 10+ minutes of swearing and banging to get the batteries out again I finally managed to get that thing going. When it turns it works fine but the overall quality of experience is 50% at best. I know it is simple and inexpensive but with a little bit of attention to detail it could be a stellar product. Now it is only so-so product. The delivery was faster than announced - so happy with that.

A little dissapointed that it dosen't spin but goes in a left to right motion therefore dosen't froth the milk
