    Purse arrived without the feet on the bottom of the bag as shown in pictures. Problem with Banggood Customer Service is that after having to send pictures they refund instead of sending the correct item. If you can’t show the problem in a picture they won’t do anything and if you paid with PayPal you must file a case to get resolved. If you didn’t us PayPal I feel sorry for you
