I just received the shipment with the impact wrench, and unfortunately, one of the batteries does not work. The other one is fine, and the impact wrench works with it. I will charge the non-working battery now, and if it does not work, I will write to customer service.

Сега получих пратката с Гайковерта и за съжаление едната батерия не работи. Другата е добре и гайковерта работи с нея. Сега ще заредя неработещата батерия и ако не работи ще пиша на центъра за обслужване на клиенти.

Item arrived within timefrxame. No assembly needed. Charged batteries and tested. It works very well. I have driven 100mm screws into wet timber without any effort. Inconsistent gradual speed control on pressing the trigger is a concern though once you get used to it it is easy to use. The little light may be useful in darker work areas. The hand grip appears to be made for small hands so the reverse lever tends to pressed when wearing work gloves which causes it to stop (see pic 3). I was lucky to order two batteries as one would not be enough for more than a couple of hours working. All this said, it appears to be good value for the price paid.
