Not instantly programmable by the Arduino IDE. You either have to press the EN-Button at exactly the right moment or you can connect a capacitor around 100nF between RST and GND. Then it works great! (Photo) For one out of many the EN-Button stopped working after some time, but heating the buttons solder pads up with a soldering iron solved the problem for me.
