Arrived 9 days before scheduled, safely wrapped and packaged. The collet chuck was oil coated for rustproofing and sealed in a plastic bag. This was then packed inside the usual square protective sliding tube that normally comes with this type of item. This is a nice quality machined component so I am very pleased with my purchase especially for the price I paid

Order #84364568 was received approx. 12 days after the order was placed. The goods were packaged in plastic and covered with a form of foam covering then wrapped in a plastic overnight type bag. When opened all the individual items were oiled and in plastic wrap and placed in individual plastic containers. I have also placed other orders for goods.

We received the ER32 MT2, however, we did not got the spanner, I think I was to get a spanner with this ER32, thank you and have a good day.

Been using metric and imperial collets sold by Bangood and they work great together. Very good accuracy. No disappointments.
